Dr. Yvonne Franco, President/CEO

Instructional Solutions is founded by Dr. Yvonne Franco, 15-year expert in instructional design and education consulting.  Dr. Franco employs her expertise as a STEM educator to facilitate experiential learning that is both hands-on and minds-on. 

Dr. Franco holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction and a Masters in Educational Leadership (ME.d.) from the University of South Florida, as well as a Bachelors in Elementary Education from the University of Tampa (UT).  A professor of education at UT, she specializes in ‘Research in Education’ courses, and STEM/Social Science Methods' courses for teachers.

Dr. Margaret Krause, Vice President

 Dr. Margaret Krause brings over 20 years of experience developing rich educational experiences for a variety of learning needs. She has extensive experience developing multimodal, digitally-based learning experiences for both children and adults. Her goal is to develop inclusive learning experiences for learners across a variety of educational settings.

Dr. Krause holds a Ph.D. in Instruction and Curriculum from the University of South Florida with a specialization in literacy. She obtained her M.Ed. from the University of Florida in Instruction and Curriculum with a specialization in educational psychology. Her research interests include inclusive literacy practices for diverse learners, the intersection of cognitive neuroscience and multimodal learning experiences, and the development of literacy identities for diverse learners.

Taylor Courbron, Instructional Designer & Facilitator

Taylor Courbron is an elementary education teacher with a B.S. from the The University of Tampa.  As a teacher, coach, and mentor, her experiences range across learning environments and age groups.  She specializes in differentiating instruction to support learners' needs.  In Taylor's work as a Program Specialist for the YMCA, she developed and implemented meaningful, individualized curriculum for school age children. 

Taylor enjoys spending time connecting with nature outdoors through hiking, camping, and traveling.  Her passion for life and learning is evident in all she does.

Grace Berardi, Instructional Designer & Facilitator

Grace Berardi is an elementary school teacher with a B.S. from The University of Tampa, and currently in pursuit of a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction (M.Ed.).  She holds a reading certificate and an ESOL endorsement for teaching English as a second language.  She is also proficient in differentiating instruction to meet a wide range of learners' needs. 

Grace has worked across a variety of education settings and demographics, including elementary schools, before and after school programs, and academic summer programs in the Tampa Bay area.  Throughout these contexts, she is known to create engaging and creative learning experiences that ensure success for all learners.

Cailee Beisswanger, Instructional Designer & Facilitator

Cailee Beisswanger has a B.S. from the University of Tampa, and is currently working towards a Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction (M.Ed.).  Cailee specializes in teaching literacy, designing engaging lessons throughout subject areas, and differentiating instruction based on learners' needs.  As an educator, she embraces her role to provide resources and experiences necessary to activate maximum learning among individuals. She believes everyone’s journey to success is unique, though all have the potential to arrive.

Cailee enjoys downhill skiing, wakeboarding, golfing, fishing, and exploring new places.
